About Me!

 

Hi!  I'd like to tell you a little bit about me.  I have a Masters degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Reading.  I have been teaching for a very long time! I love to read and I especially love teaching third graders. 

 

I have two children.  My daughter, Maggie, is a senior at Mizzou and my son, Joseph, is a freshman at EHS.  My son is a soccer player so I spend lots of time watching soccer games in all kinds of weather! 

 

I feel so fortunate to be a teacher at Cassens Elementary because I also have an extended family there.  The teachers, students, parents, and staff are so wonderful to work with at Cassens. We will have an awesome year and we will become our own little community of learners. You will grow, learn, and make lots of great friends! I will love being your teacher!
